Clinical Staff

Leo Credit PT - Owner and President

Academic and Clinical:
Leo earned his BS in physical therapy from the University of New England in 1987, and his MS in Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 1991.  He has extensive outpatient orthopedic experience including expertise in sports and work-related injuries.  Leo has also been involved with teaching, research, and consulting in a variety of specialty areas including foot biomechanics, performance physiology, and ergonomics.  He also enjoys ergonomic consulting and teaching in industry with an expertise in the prevention of upper extremity overuse syndromes and lower back pain. He is a past instructor and guest lecturer at several local colleges and universities.  Leo specializes in orthopedic physical therapy, especially in the treatment and prevention of back and spinal pain. 

Business Interests: Leo is also managing partner of Premier Physical Therapy- Lakes Region- in Bridgton and is CEO and owner of Syncopation Revenue Solutions Inc - a physical therapy billing company. 

Community Involvement: Leo is involved with many community based civic organizations including being past president of the Gray-New Gloucester Business Association, current President of the Gray - New Gloucester Development Corporation, Gray - New Gloucester Athletic Boosters, Town of Gray Village Master Plan Advisory Committee, Town of Gray Recreation Committee; MSAD 15 Co-Curricular Advisory Group.

Family:   Lives in New Gloucester with his dedicated and lovely wife Jennifer and their three children, Tyler, Alica and Drew


Mary Feltovic PT, DPT

Mary Feltovic earned her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of New England in 1986 and acquired her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Mass General Hospital in 2002.  During her professional career, she has worked in many settings including Orthopedic Associates, Brunswick Naval Air Station, and at US Healthworks (an Occupational Medicine clinic).  These various settings have provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experience in caring for athletic injuries, work-related back pain and overuse disorders, as well as post-surgical care.  This experience and her continuing emphasis on post-doctoral education in the areas of manual therapy and exercise allows Mary to integrate perfectly into the treatment of our Gray PT patients.

Mary lives in Raymond with her husband and two daughters.  She enjoys kayaking, watching women's basketball and is an avid Survivor fan.
